This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Licensee", "you") and Piruz Afruz, MB (registration code 306655229), a Lithuanian small partnership doing business as Piruz Labs ("Piruz Labs", "we", "us"). By installing or using any Piruz Labs software product ("the Software"), you accept these terms.
Piruz Labs grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on the number of computers permitted by your tier:
You may move activations between machines using the in-plugin Settings → Activate Licence dialog or the online portal at piruzlabs.com/account.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Piruz Labs and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Software, including all copies, modifications, and derivative works. No title or ownership is transferred to you.

The Software offers a 14-day trial during which all features are unlocked. After the trial period expires, the Software continues to function but inserts a one-second silence at periodic intervals (approximately every five minutes) until a valid licence is activated. No card details are required to start the trial.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed the digital content beyond the trial period. We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day no-questions-asked refund for any customer.
To request a refund, reply to your purchase confirmation email or write to support@piruzlabs.com. We process refunds within 5 working days. Upon refund, your licence is revoked and the Software must be removed from all activated machines.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer rights you may have under EU or local law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Piruz Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Piruz Labs' total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Lithuanian or EU law (such as gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by negligence).
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate by deactivating all installations and ceasing use of the Software. Piruz Labs may terminate the licence if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease and you must remove the Software from all machines. Sections 2, 3, 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, except that consumers resident in the EU may also bring proceedings in their country of residence as permitted by EU consumer protection law.
Piruz Labs may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address associated with your licence at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
