The Crow Hill Company has made Pocket Strings permanently free, approximately a year after its initial paid release. The plugin combines live orchestral recordings of a 17-piece classical string section with a Yamaha CS-80 and ARP Solina String Ensemble layer engine, an auto-expression system, and curated reverbs, all in a single 850MB instrument.
